broken ps2

i tried installing a magic3 chip and the screen went black i took it out and now all i get is a high pitched noise and get red/blue/green lines on the screen any one any clue why this is happing???????????????:(

You might have some pins/points bridged. Look at where the soldering points are. If it is linked to anything else remove the excess solder.
