I saw some site selling a backup copy of xenosaga
They say u have to "have" a copy to buy this..
and they are selling at $10
Can this happen??

first of all it is not allowed to talk about buying backups or where to get them from, but im going to answer your question

i knew someone over here in england that done the same, sold backups but said he can only sell them to you if you own the original ,well he got done by trading standards as he can back up only one copy of each game he owns, and also for him to backup other people games he must ask them to send the game to him to backup, and also he must not charge any money to do this

so it's up to the person that wants to do it, if you are willing to take the chance
