dvdxcopy new version

as you probabley know version 1.5 is now out.
has anyone tested it yet ?
i'm about to give it a whirl will post results.

Havn't tried it but I have heard good things about it. You have to reregister to use this new version. This means that the old cracks will no longer work.:)

Also, how can I check my version number?
I think I must have 1.5 (just bought it) because I had to register.

By old cracks I mean cracks that worked for previous versions don't work for 1.5 because it requires you to reregister. If your screen looks like this (http://www.dvdxcopy.com/images/SCREENSHOT.DXC.main.BIG.jpg) then you have 1.5. If it looks different and has a tutorial on the left side of the screen, it will say your version number at the top.

OK. Thanks. On my copy a dialog box hides the version number until I insert a DVD, at which time it disappears and reveals that I have version 1.3.1 . . . . strange, since I just bought it.

However, the program would not run until I registered it over the Internet.

I suggest you register and upgrade to 1.5. The versions keep improving. You can get 1.5 here (ftp://ftp1.dvdxcopy.com)
