can i copy a game and play it with out a mod chip , down loaded
some software that clams so

Not with downloaded software.......

It IS possible by using the "Swap Magic Discs" and a "Flip Top Lid" (YUCK on all counts).......

Or by using the "knife trick" (Yuck also).....

If you want to play backups.... The easiest way is to buy a mod chip.....

how hard is it to install messiah 2 22 wires ouch!!
the software is psx-boot cd

UNLESS you are EXTREMELY good at soldering, I would HIGHLY rec. sending it to a Pro for the install.....

They usually charge around 60 dollars for the install BUT its WORTH every penny......

The Messiah 2 is around 58 dollars for the chip.....

Or around £35 for the chip and around £30 for installing:D
