About 3 weeks ago, I had problems with my PS2 not reading disks. At the time, I knew virtually nothing about how to go about fixing it. All I knew was SONY wanted $120 to look at it (not to mention shipping both ways, then an extra cost if I needed parts). So I looked around.
I found this website. http://www.ultimateconsoleguides.com . They sell troubleshoot & repair guides for game consoles. I was able to fix my PS2 in about 25 minutes. Very informative and worth the money.
