Can someone please advise how I take a ps2 game and copy it to a CD which I will be able to play in my PS2 !
This is my first visit to the site and I don't know how to achieve this ! Any help/guidance would be appreciated !

Thanks,

If the game you are trying to backup is a cd based game, then use Clone CD to back it up....

If the game is a dvd based game, then you would need a dvd-rom and a cd-writer and a rip kit. Or you could just use a dvd burner and make a 1:1 copy....

Also...... You WILL NEED a mod chip in your PS2 to ba able to play the backups....

I use Nero for both CD and DVD backups. I just do a 1 for 1 copy and they all work fine. No problems with over 100 backups.

Yeah, Nero okay but u will eventually come across a few probs.

Some PS2 DVD's it don't like ( WipeoutFusion for one off the top of my head)

I always use cloneCD unless the CD needs patching and then I use BlindRead to make a CDRWIN compatible image, patch and then burn using cdrwin ( I know, sounds wierd but 100% sucessful every time no matter in what condition the source disc is in)
