About DVD9 rips [Archive]

Seeing as its now possible to rip DVD9 games onto a regular DVDr, does it suffer from the same problems as regular DVD rips ? (Laser going crazy etc).

I know with Xenosaga the video sequences quality is just down graded, so this shouldn't have the same effect as your typical rips.

Only thing that will affect it is the quality of media you are using. Good Media = Less Strain than Cheaper no name media.
