GH-006 PS2 board

I have recently purchased a Magic 3.1 chip Now after recieving the chip and analyzing my PS2, my board has a number of GH006 on it. When I go to the modchip website, they have diagrams for the GH005 and the GH007...am I supposed to go by the GH007 diagram when soldering my new chip? some help with this would be greatly appreciated.:)

I believe that is a v3 board. Check here (http://www.freedomlives.com/ps2_version_identification.htm) to make sure.
