Ps2 Sbox Usb Question

i have had my SBOX usb mod for a few months now. ea games were not a problem at first but now the ones just recently released will not play. I have burn the sims like 5 times not luck patched not patched no luck. i was told to try to load it with codes and to just make up a code but i have no idea how to do that with my gameshark2. I have the kalisto rip of the sims and high heat baseball both will not work. if anyone can shed some light i would appreciate it.

i got a v 5/6 no solder and my copy of sims works fine so it must be ur mod chip if i was u i would bye a no solder and sell ur usb box no solder will only cost u around 15$ and u alrdy got the gameshark they work best for swap chips

hey i have been browsing the internet to purchase a no-solder mod cause i cannot solder and don't want to ship my ps2 out and lose it even if it's only a couple of days. I am just way too attached. my scph is 35001 and it is U6329171. It does have 8 screws so is it version 4? Most sites say version 4 is usually 3000x where x can be like 1,3,4... well you get the point. so can anyone help me confirm? I want to buy the chip tonight the cheapest site that i have found is $12.90 US at this website http://www.modchip-sbox.com/ps2-r-mod-v4.shtml so if you have seen cheaper let me know just don't want to get ripped off. I have no idea how much i should pay? thanks a lot in advance....

i belive 35001 system r ver 4 im pretty sure cause 1-3 r 30001 and 5-6 r 30001 R and 7 r 39001 also on the 12.90 chip did u check the s.h cost cause some sties has cheap chips but cost alot more on s/h i checked the price of chip and s/h my was 16$ total was not to bad of a price

yeah i checked it it was $18.90 with the shipping... what was the link that you got it for $16 shipped.

Yes, a 35001 is a v4 that was bundled with Gran Turismo 3.
