Sound offset on PS2Reality?

I have made dozens of movies with this program and it works very well so far. The only problem I am having is that many of my movies have the sound 1-5 seconds before the movie. I am using Vitrualdub with Divx codec 5.03. Has anyone else had this problem?

It's probably got something to do with the little man that lives in the bump on the back of your Human Head;)

Nah, he seems to be in control of other voices besides the ones coming from myPS2.
