Try & find a local chipper, to cut down on postage costs. Where in the UK are you located?

i'm also looking for someone in the UK to chip a PS2. Based in south-west.

Ideally a DMSv3, if not then Messiah 2 Pro.

anyone installing DMSv3 in the UK yet?

Have u not read about DMS3. It a bit of a disappointment! Messiah 2 still rules.

what's wrong with the DMSv3? with the latest firmware flashed (via cd update) I believed it to be even better than the Messiah 2 as its flash upgradable and supports things like MP3 for the future...all known RSOD errors and the like have now been fixed, haven't they?

rsod on certain dvdrips

v6 37 pin socket still not work no support from dms

certain games reported as freezing

upgrade can flash the flashable chip, not the actel were main info is stored,ie qoute from dms3 we cant sort the dvdrips as code is stored on the actsl
lol

v8 support they release new chip, old one not upgradable

lol $80 for dms3 plus s/h
or $58 for messiah2 with postage included

And if you really need the ability to play MP3s on your PS2, and even divx, just download PS2 Reality Player.
