Vice City Freezing [Archive]

When i am playing my original vice city it works ok until you take the police helicopter from the second island. It is the one beside the fire station (if i remember correctly). As soon as it takes of the game freezes.

Has anyone else experienced this or is my copy defective.

Are you playing this original game on a modded PS2?

If so, what chip is in it?

Yes it is the original disk in a modded ps2. I think the chip might be a judas chip (installer was a twat).

Game runs without any problems apart from this one place when you nick the police helicopter. Is it maybe because this scenario is not written into the game (my daughter uses a cheat to reach the helicopter).
