Loud HDD

Installed a new hdd in the xbox and found it was really loud. I bought a 120 GB Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 2MB buffer 7200rpm. Man it's loud as hell. I might return this one and get a quieter one. Any suggestions on a really quiet drive?

seagate is the quietist and best
