c&c gen cannot play

tried the gen exe v1 from d and 1.02 from gimp still need cd in to play-in fact all it does with the gen.exe is make system restart any suggestions

I don't have the game. But I have read in others topics, that's are a .dat file including with the crack.
Use the search button to find the information up.

i have the same problem.
you need a backup crack no no cd crack.
but i dont know where you can find it, because iam searching for a Crack too.

but i have the german version.

if you rename the games.dat in game.exe you will see that the file gets another icon. The real Icon from C&C Generals but it dont works too
