Messiah2 PS1 diagnal lines on screen

I just install the Messiah2Pro into my US V5/V6 PS2, everything boots and plays fine. There is only one problem. Every time I play the PSone game, I will see diagnal lines on the screen. If I disable Messiah2, everything will look fine. Diagnal line only occures when I try to play psone game with Messiah2 enabled. Did I do anything wrong with my modchip??

Does the CLK wire cross any of A-I or SCEx? If so, try to lay the CLK wire in such a way that it crosses nothing and lays on the motherboard.

Yes I did seprate the CLK cable from others. Here is the picture of my board.
