(this post applies to the Yanks)

I've found that it's cheaper to buy PS2's from online stores than it is to drive 3 miles from my house and buy one from Walmart.:rolleyes:

Reason, sales tax. If it's shipped from out of state, you don't pay tax. (which is about $16)

But, the store I've been using ( EBgames) has a product limit :mad: . What are some good stores to buy from online ? ie - free shipping, or cheap, fast shipping

Yeah, just the ps2 consoles.

Paying sales tax adds alot to my cost of making premodded systems. NO TAX !! GRRR

Move to Oregon and you don't have to worry about sales tax.:D Buy.com (www.buy.com) sells PS2s with free shipping. I buy stuff from them all the time. Never mind... limit of 1 PS2.:(

Damn, no good. They charge me tax.

I'll check pricewatch. They show the location of the store. I'll have to buy out of state.

Amazon.com has no limit but I tried putting in 10 PS2s and they charged nearly $100 shipping but no tax, but probably cause of my Oregon address.

I'll give them a try too. Their site was lagging last I tried.

heh .. Billy & Jimmy look funny punching away like that. What's your favorite DD series game ? I'm split between DD 2, & Super DD.

Damn it. Amazon chrges tax and huge shipping fees !

Maybe I'm just better off buying locally, and paying tax. Arrrr, spoiled again by the US government. Ya scurvy landlovers.

Bestbuy.com has free shipping but a limit of 3. That's probably not good enough huh?

My fav DD game is probably DD2. I played the hell out of that game and beat it uncountable times.

i seen brand new systems sell on ebay for 160$ with like 15$ s/h thats not bad for a ps2 system
