Hong Kong PS2 plays Jap games.

If it says NTSC-J on the back then Jap games are the Original for that PS2.

But in the TOC list(at the bottom) it says NTSC and JAP NTSC are different.
How come???
My friend bought ps2 v0 when it was out and he still plays game with korean dvds(his ps2 isn't chipped)
