PS2 ModChips in Germany

Please guys,
if you know anyone who is active in the PS2 ModChips domain, that can help me getting a Chip and solder it in Germany, ... Pleaaaaaaaaaaaase reply,
I have a v7 SCPH 39004 PAL PS2 console, and I am thinking about having it moded with Messiah2 , please tell me if you know someone that can help me in Germany,

Both Hull-Chipper and i suggested Gamefreax and I suggested Arakon. What's the problem?

the problem is that I'm new in Germany,
My german is not good enough to be able to understand and find what I need in a German Forum,

Most germans speak english m8 just put up you're query in english on their forum and i'm sure you'll get a reply

Also Mike at Gamefreax can help you. Just make sure it's a real Messiah 2 you buy not that stupid Sniper chip.
