DVD films

I've not had chance to look at this machine yet but apparantly, DVD movies have stopped working (def not the boot method at fault) but DVD original & DVD-R back-up games still work :confused:

Please don't say buy a seperate DVD player lol cos tis a 16yr old with the PS2 in his bedroom.
