Newbie having problems. Plz help

I have two problms.
One of them is that I cant copy Max PAyne using alcohol 120% and I dont know how to record this type of protection. It is a safedisc v2 and that is the settings I put in alcohol but while writing it fails. What do I do???????

My other problem is that the levels of james bond nightfire is like invisible and I can only see my gun and the bad guys and some other stuff bu I cant see the ground and surroundings. Why is this???????

Max Payne = Dump with BlindWriteTools do a bin and cue file. Load into Fireburner and burn it.

James Bond - Night Fire = I think U have Geeforce. Download the latest drivers and remote control. And the latest DirectX.
Go in to the offical Night Fire Homepage to read more about it.
And if it don't work. Contact the EA-Games support.
Becuase it is not a crack problem. Is a game problem.

Where do I get the updates???????? I dont need direct x because I already have Direct x 8 but where do I get the others????

DirectX 9 is recomended.
And go in to www.eagames.com then search for the nightfire.
