logotools-0.1-win32 comes with source code.
maybe that would help you

there´s also an archive called mrtool-0.4.zip

comes with sources, too

Thanx guys : I've found what I needed.
I will soon release a new tool to read ip.bin directly from selfboot CDs. I'll let you know.
