BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I purchased DVDCloner in December. The only instructions for this product are listed at their website as FAQs. I was never able to get it to work with Windows ME or Windows XP. I requested a refund on December 20th and received an e-mail stating that it would be sent within a month. To date I have received no refund and cannot get an answer to my e-mails.
Did you try the demo before you bought the software?

Yes, I tried the demo on a rw disc, it seemed to work fine. I purchased the full version and tried to burn on a regular DVD media and the problems began (I could also not burn on RW media either). I was using Windows Me which kept locking up. After numerous fixes which would only work once or twice I tried using Windows XP. That became a real disaster with Cloner. Needless to say after a month of fixes, new programs, etc. all I wanted was a refund (which I have not received to this day). I purchased DVDXCopy and have not had one minute of trouble.
I tied the dvd cloner demo as well but with no luck so I went with dvdxcopy and it works flawlessly.
