Primo Run Time error

I have Redord Max installed, but I had trouble backing up one of my games ( Desert Storm) it got to 786% the gave me some kind of runtime error. I tried to install Primo to see if that would wotk and when I launch the program it tells me there is a runtime error. Any advice?

Try installing the latest px engine update here (http://http:/www.veritas.com/us/products/recordnow/drivers) if you havn't already done so.
