Hi.
Does anyone know how I could make a backup of the original CD so the backup would install and run on another different PC and the different PC would not require any emulation like daemon tools etc. (dont worry, both PC's are owned by me and so is the original CD, I just want to see if it is possible to do this kind of backup so it will install and run on a different PC. And have no fears, I am not a warez monger, I hate warez. :))
-Any help appreciated
-Thanx.

UT v436 GOTY Edition? Yes its possible. Just do a straight copy with whatever copying software you use.

G'day Ripper,

Why bother with doing a backup ?? Once you have installed the UT Game on both machines & provided you patch up to Version 4.36, all protections / CD Checks have been removed with this patch update....

You dont need a CD to run the game..... or a replacement crack / fixed exe ......;)

I assumed he had the GOTY Edition of the game (GOTYE is the only retail version available that is v436). This has no copy protection whatsoever. Like I said in my earlier post, just copy it with whatever software you use.
