DVD+R on a V4 Ps2

I got a V4 PS2 will a DVD+R work on my ps2?

There is a slight chance they will but probably not. Use -r for your v4.

yeah i would use dvd-r but when i got my dvd burner i didnt know it could only burn DVD+R/+RW

Yeah v1-v4 don't play +r well or at all. v5-v7 play all.
