i had a Dynasty Warriors 3 XL and Dynasty Warriors 3 DVD backups. I start the game with DW3XL backup and i follow the instruction to take the DW3XL backup out ,put the DW3 baackup in and let my PS2 to load the data (the game need DW3 to bring all the characters for story mode) everything is fine until it ask me to put back the DW3XL in because it dont recognize the backup anymore...
my modchip is Messiah (need to press "reset" to play the backup)
so just want to know is that any other way to make it work beside using the originals and will Messiah2 ok with this??

No. It isn't a chip problem. It sounds like a bad burn. Go to www.psxcopyworld.co.uk for more info on how to burn your game. It hasn't done it properly. Do it again using the tutorials and your problem will be solved. If it is CD Based use CloneCD if your writer is supported, (check at www.elby.de ) and if DVD based use a DVD-RW with Prassi or Record Now MAX. Hope this helps...
