i ripped gta 3. and i have the iso image. how do i now burn it to a cd? where in cdr-win. and is it record iso image?

I don't know much about CDRWin but if you have an ISO, I would burn it in either Nero in Mode 2 CD-ROM/XA or use CloneCD - go to Clony XXL, select PSX / Libcrypt from the dropdown menu and start CloneCD. Easy...
