Can someone tell me where to find a no-cd crack or a fixed exe for GTA 3.

Download the new patch and download the fake audio and video files/ instruction on GamecopyWorld (http://www.gamecopyworld.com) then u can run the GTA 3 with out the cd.
(The GTA 3 1.1 patch doesn't have any cd-protection)

True the 1.1 patch did delete the Safedisc protection it had but it still has a CD Check Protection (http://www.3dgamers.com/news/more/1025209247/) if you dont use the Crack / Fix as you mentioned......;)
