on the magic 3.5 chip how many points are soldered on the bga board some diagrms show 4 others 5 while all other points are the same ,who is correct?

Magic 3 = 4

The magic 3.5 is just a combination of a magic 3 and a "clip kit", so the answer to your question is 4.
