View Full Version : wires on magic 3 chip

I was wondering if you can solder the wires (M,N,O,P) to the back side of the chip? Instead of how they are shown in the pictures on top of the chip?
so they would br soldered like the wires (R,V,Q,UT) but on the bottom of the board to the coresponding copper plate. instead of the tiny chip wire i can barley see.

I dont think you can....i spent about 2-3 hrs a day over 3 days to solder my magic chip on. Lost 1 pound in weight, burnt my pants and nearly busted my eyes out trying to see the f***ing tiny puny little connection points.
btw..i nearly had a heart attack when i accidentally soldered the two bios pins together.
moral of this story is to send it to a god damn pro.

Ha thanks for the offer hull chipper...btw i like your eyeball icons kinda reminds me of my eyeballs after spending 20min on a SINGLE WIRE
