This awsome mod for xbox is comming out. The official page is down, but you can see it on the front page of xbox-scene (http://www.xbox-scene.com/).
You can add up to 4 hard-drives [great for runining games off the HDD], and has an extra dvd-drive [for burned dvd's movies and playing things off normal CD's].
