need laser adjusting

does anyone know where to send my ps2 (ver4, magic 3) to get it adjusted .
story is i just got a new laser installed but i need the azimuth screw and white cog adjusted , the previous laser was playing up and i had someone to try to adjust the white cog and azimuth, but now i need to set them properly.
so any information is appreciated
