Which dvd-rw should i choose?

If i had a choice between getting the Sony DRU-500A, and the Pioneer A05, which would you choose and why? I'm not sure how important dvd-rw vs. dvd+rw is...thanx a bunch...i will typically be copying ps2 games on a v4 ps2...

Your v4 may have problems reading the +R media

the Pioneer writes -R
the Sony writes -R & +R

Many of us on this forum have no complaints with our Pioneer writers :) Tried & tested.
