BLINDWRITE help needed!!

Hi! I may be annoying, but I have a problem. I just got the newest version of Blindwrite. I installed it and everything worked fine. When I started it I had to enter my registration code although I had already a previous registred version installed. so I entered it again and it said: YES. IT NOW WORKS (kinda like this!). So I saw the screen with the four options (Image create, options, ....). When I chose Image Create and I click on next it won't start. All it does is to close the screen and return to the usual windows desktop! PLEASE HELP ME! Has anybody got an idea on how to solve this problem. NOTE: I've also installed Alcohol and CloneCD (both Trial versions) and nero.

It should work without asking for the registration key, when you have already installed a registered previous version.

Try uninstalling previous version. Then install new version with your registration key.

When it won't work, try asking Blindwrite Support (www.blindwrite.com).
