Ntsc Color Fix??

I was just wondering if this fix is exclusively for the messiah 2 or will it also work on a magic 3, if so, is this all I need to do to play PAL games on my NTSC PS2 and TV or do I still need to patch the games?
Any help would be appreciated Thanks.

The all important thing is that your TV can resolve a 50Hz signal. Ask your TV dealer whether or not your PS2 handles pseudo-NTSC.

The fix applies to Magic3 as withj Messiah 2.
