Need help with Console -No data???

Hello:
I have posted 2 times tonite and was thinking to check my mod chip Neo 2,.2 wire ,So I took the case off and checked and put it back together and now it shows No Data just the memory card
need help or comments ,Does this mean my Laser is out of adjusment or what?

So you've taken yr PS2 apart to check Neo2.2 is okay and now it won't read back-ups??? what type CDR or dvdr???

make sure you've put the 2 ribbon cables for your dvd drive back.

right hand side of the machine. (you will know which if you took it apart)
