Where do I solder the S point for the Magic 3 chip on a v3 PS2?

I've looked that the diagram guide but that is where the problem is. They say that the S point is on the "bottom side." Where isthe bottom side? Is it on the back of the board? If it is there, how do I get back their to solder it on?
