is there such thing as a boot disc for xbox

i was wandering if there is was a boot disc or something that will play burn games without a modchip. i dont want to get a mod cause i am live and from what i read and heard u cant take a modded xbox online. another thing i was wondering is there a way to hook my xbox to my pc and download games right to the hard drive of the xbox. happy new year

sorry but it does not exist.
you can still go on to live with a mod chip installed as long as you have a on/off swich fitted to the mod.
