I wanted to buy 3....but realized that the clip wouldn't work with my mainboard ver.

Now I want to buy 3.5, where the clip & chip seem to work with every version.

So...does it work with every version...?

not according to modchip.....check out their homepage.. they list it compatible with version 5/6/7 only.

No you got something wrong...it is only 9 thingies to solder with those version boards.

Read EVERYTHING.

The magic 3.5 is based on magic 3.

covers this mod ain't really 100% so i'd opt for a messiah 2.


Word on the street is the version of 3.1 with clip is going to be name 3.6!

Charlie_ps2 reviewed the messiah 2 at the top of this forum.
Check that out.

They can do the install for you.

Very trusted members who will sell you a REAL messiah 2 and not some 'black' clones (based on magic NOT messiah2! that i've heard are coming soon)
