How do I copy a PS1 CD? Which mode do I use?

I just purchased a computer with a burner - I am using Roxio Easy Cd program, there are many different types to choose from eg. Mixed-mode, Data, Music, Enhanced Mode, Bootable etc. How do I copy a PS game? Which mode do I use?
