do i use dvd-r or dvd+r for ps2 games?

I have the hp dvd200i burner which only burns dvd+R and dvd+rw. Can i use the dvd+r's for copying ps2 games?

It depends on what version PS2 you have....

If you have a V1-V4 then they may not work...

If you have a V5 or above then you should be fine...

That's your problem. Only in extremely rare cases will a v1 play +r media. I suggest selling your v1 and buying a new PS2.
