will the Philips DVD+RW+D01 make good backups of ps2 games cd format as well dvd format?????

In my opinion you should use 2 seperate burners....
A cd burner that can write in RAW 96 for cd based games.
And a DVD burner for dvd based games.
The Phillips writer should make good copies of your PS2 DVD based games, although unless you have a V5 or above PS2, they may not work....
