Which files do i copy from NFS cd to my hard drive to run the game without the cd. Cheers

Use these cracks (http://spacetarget.com/games/pc_nfs_hot_pursuit_2.shtml). Usually you're supposed to use the "full" installation option in the install program if there's a choice, only some games need extra files copied to the hard disk to work with a nocd. Most games have cd checks, so just copying extra files will not be enough if that was your question.

Have done full install with crack etc still wants cd, it most still need files from cd to copy. Can you help cheers.

Have done everything like it said but it is like gta3,were i had to copy the audio file by it self in to harddrive no sub dir etc? Can you help?

Download the NoCD Crack, put it in the game-dir on your hd and then copy the following directories from the CD into your installation dir:
\actors
\AI
\Audio
\Cars
\Movies
\Particle
\Tracks

You can now play without a CD.

On this one i am going to need help have done everything you said etc then it comes to playing the game a box appears saying Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 corrupted files or registry;please reinstall! But then when i put cd back in it plays?? Any ideas!

Hi Bennyk, probably, you gotta change some registry entries so that the game starts using the files from your _hard disk_.

I have NFS2SE, the one and only upgrade applied to it and then my own no-CD patch on it. It works great, even if I disconnect the CD-ROM drive... ;) Perhaps, I can help you, if you send over a few files and registry entries from your NFS2 installation. Drop me an E-mail if interested. Bye,
