Does anyone know how to convert an .iso file to a .ccd file?

cdmage converts almost all image formats (bin/iso/ccd)

it would probably be easier for you to use CloneCD from scratch, www.elby.de for 30 day trial demo.

well you could do it the round-about way by mounting the ISO with a virtual drive (Daemon tools, Alcohol etc) and getting CCD to read an image from the virtual drive.
