i recently chipped my ps2 with a magic 3. everything works fine but ocassionly the picture alters between colour and black and white. any help would be greatly appreciated

does this happen with the same game, i.e you put one game in and the picture is b&w, and another game the picture is colour.

or do you mean in-game the picture flickers between colour and b&w?

in game the picture goes from colour to black and white and back again

how have you got your PS2 hooked up to your TV ?
have you checked those connections?
