recordnow dx = recordnowMAX ? update avail?

just bought a A05, came with recordnow dx ....... will the update avil at http://downloads.stompinc.com/support/stprnm450v.exe
up my sw to full recordnow 'MAX' ?


or should i just use primo ... does that allow for 4x ..... or should i burn ps2 backups at 1x anyways. for quality reasons ?

the update should be alright to upgrade you to MAX 4.50, try it (let us know how you get on)

Primo doesn't work that well with the A05, isn't that right BG...

I had some reported conflicts when I tried to upgrade to RNM 4.50 with Nero 5.5.9.0 already installed, others on this forum haven't. Give it a try and see how you get on.

Yep... Primo has problems with the A05....

Remember, you will NOT be able to burn a 4X UNLESS you have 4X capable media.....
It is available (i have some :D ) BUT its extremely expensive....

hmmmm i just instaled recordnow DX, it's version 4.50 , and looking at the recordnow MAZ tutorial in this forum ... i can't really see any differences in what's on my screen here ....... what is DX ment to lack? the global image button is here .... ?


hmmm, oh well i'll try runing the upate file for max and see what happens ..

well the updater wouldn't exectute fully .... couldn't find the instaled sw.

what sort of conflicts can you get with primo ,
i got primo ,cdrwin5,easy cd creator installed and sometimes my pc just shuts down for no apparent reason:mad:
did'nt do that before writer (pioneer 105) and primo was installed
