i got a premodded ps2 with what should be a messiah2 pro but it will not boot backups with gs/cb even with no codes on.if any1 has this prob and or know what can be done please help thanks in advance.

IM use gameshark 2.0 and codebreaker 4.0 they dont boot anything drive stops spinning.orginal games work on both also i tried with the messiah2 off but then when it goes to boot backups i get redscreen i open the drive then close it goes to psx mode??.

people are saying that messiah2 dont work with gs/ar but that must be a lie


games work when not useing gs/cb

also my ps2 will not boot from browser if i dont hit reset it will go to redscreen

I have a US v7 with Messiah 2 and it boots using AR2 (same product).

There is another thread on another forum with a similar problem (won't boot from browser). In that case i thought it might be a voltage problem.

Has the pcb track been cut as per advice given in my install guide on www.messiah2.com? This would assure the correct voltage to the Actel chip on Messiah 2.
