can't find a no cd executable that works for medal of honor: allied assault!

tried several different ones that are available, but they all cause the program to crash when the levels start to load. i am running win xp. any suggestions?

Have you patched to v1.11??

Reinstall the game, patch to v1.11 and then copy over a v1.11 crack.

i used alcohol 120%. install the game then write image to the alcohol image virtual drive when you want to play the game just double click the virtual disc.
but still can'y copy the discs and just use the copies . the copies will install but still have to use the original in the alcohol 120% .
using an optorite 40x12x40 to read and burn any suggestions.( have a liteon 8125w on the way.

ive never had no problem with NO CD for this game, im runnin xp too. I have the exe. If you want me to email it to you to copy over the original MOHAA.exe holla back. im runnin mohaa v1.0 because the peice of shit wont let me patch to 1.11 even after reinstall, this also stops me installin moh spearhead :mad:

The store bought version 1.0 patches no problem to 1.11. The prereleased ripped version does not (without some changes.)

Either way it will update so the problem lies with your method... not the game.

Not advocating using the ripped version just stating facts.

I don't agree... 1.11 won't work on my system either... I can browse the menus but the game craps out as soon as I attempt to play.

all it says on mine when i try to install the patch is that it could not find mohaa on my system. maybe a registry problem?

I had MOHAA too. I installed it, than i copied the crack over. But before, i eber save the Orginal EXE of the Game, because some Patch Programms need the Orginal EXE. When the patch was there, i copied the Orginal EXE back, patched the game (saved the new Orginal EXE)and copied the new Crack on it. MY MOHAA works and works and works.......

i had the same problem.......it is a .dll file that caused the game to crash right before the game loaded the map....i thinks it was game86.dll or something like that....give me a email and ill send it to ya. you just need an update .dll file for it to work.:)

Where did you find the NO-CD crack for English MOHAA v1.1? I searched on GCW and only found French and German.

i don't use a crack. install the game normally then download your original #1 cd to alcohol 120% image and leave it there. to play the game click the image in alcohol i have ghost recon and mohaa both on alcohol image and play both without cd's just double click the image and give it a little time sometimes it looks like nothings happening. watch your hdd lite.

I too keep the original EXE when i apply no cd crack. but this still does not fix it. I dont have the retail copy anyway thats clearly the problem to why i cant patch 1.0 to 1.1. I even reinstalled mohaa then tried to patch it straight away but it didnt help. :mad:

I think, there were some more Patch releases (for every Language)! Just download an new patch, perhaps it helps..............
