Maffia NOCD troubles

I'm having troible running Maffia with the NO-CD patch installed.

The game loads and takes me to the main menu but if I try and load a game or the intro it dumps me back into windows.

Does anyone have any ideas???

Mr. Fibble, try without the no-CD patch again. If it works, something is wrong with the patch. If it doesn't, ask the user support. And make sure to tell them more information than you did here.
