back-up boot prob

Ok guys

Just fitted magic3 into a V7!

Back-ups (dvd-rips) go to playstation logo screen but no further. This is consistent with all games - It looks like it is going to boot, shows me the ps2 screen then gives the red 'please insert ps2 disc'

Please help!

so as i see it m3 sends the code as u get ps2 screen then nothing
this points lazer

or a bridge somewere
or a faulty magic 3
